Milling and drilling

We are processing raw-material and raw-parts on most modern CNC-machines as wished by our customers. Processing aluminium, cast iron, steel, forgings and forged structures is no problem with our long-standing expertise. With the help of our competent project engineering, improvements are continously made. Leading into production-secure technologies to transition from prototype to the production of a whole series, inclusind our very own in-house design and construction of tensioning devices.

Turning

Our modern turning and milling machines operate with driven tools, a steady rest and a counter-spindle. This allows us to manufacture everything from small series with the highest precision to mass production in the automotive sector.
Thanks to the various sizes of our CNC machines, we can machine turned parts with diameters of up to Ø480 mm and turning lenghts of up to 1.000 mm.

Precision parts

In our partially air-conditioned hall, we are manufacturing with highly precise Yasda precision machines as well as a 5-axis machining center from Reiden. On these machines, we meet the hightest µ-requirements and produce precision bores in the IT5 range with axis distances of 0,01 mm.

Robotics

With our long-standing expertise in handling robotics we are able to design and maintain such machinery. We are able to load multiple machines semi and fully automated. This not only improves the outcast but also the production reliability.


Assembly and leakage testing

In our assembly department, upon customer request, components are pre-assembled for final assembly. Here, expanders, sleeves, bushings and other installation parts can be assembled.
In addition to the assembly of the components, leakage and tightness testing is conducted here. This is done by using an underwater bath or by differential pressure method.

Laboratoy and technical cleanliness analysis

Upon customer request, we are analyzing the components for residual contamination. With our technology, we can detect metallic and non-metallic particles down to a size of 4µm. We determine various parameters, including particle count, size and mass followed by thorough documentation.
